When you reach a good stopping point, ask your AI for a Checkpoint and paste it back into your Jar. That checkpoint captures what changed this session. It's pending until you consolidate.
When you have one or more pending checkpoints, click Save to Package. Jar builds a Consolidation Package — your AI merges everything into a fresh Package, and you paste that back. Your project is now current and ready for next session.
Every action costs 1 token from your daily pool. Continue in AI, Save Checkpoint, Save to Package, Copy Package, Download Package, and New Project — all one token. Your quota resets at midnight UTC.
Pasting a Checkpoint or a merged Package back into Jar is free — you're only charged when you extract or add.
Jar doesn't care which AI you use. Move from ChatGPT to Claude mid-project, switch to Gemini for a different task, come back to Claude later — every AI opens the same Package the same way. Your project is portable; your AI does the thinking.
